Origin Antiaging Peeling is indicated for photo-aged, dehydrated, dry skin, with wrinkles and lack of firmness, dull, atonic skin with decreased turgor.
Origin is a product of superficial abrasion of the skin by chemical way or chemical peeling. It is formed by a mixture of pyruvic acid, lactic acid and gluconolactone in hydroalcoholic solution.

It is used in the treatment of photo-aged skin. Its mechanism of action is based on a controlled destruction at a specific depth of the skin, thus regenerating and renewing the skin and reducing imperfections.
PRESENTATION: 1 50ml bottle.
DOSAGE OF USE: The final number of layers will depend on the patient’s skin type (phototype and thickness) and the number of sessions scheduled by the specialist.
APPLICATION AREA: Exclusively external use. A preliminary test on a small area is recommended in order to rule out unwanted reactions.

Pyruvic Acid (40%) decreases the cohesion of the corneocytes of the epidermis, preventing the thickening of the horny layer. On contact with the skin, it is hydrolyzed to lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid that is part of the Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) and promotes cell renewal, allowing exfoliation while maintaining the skin’s degree of hydration. It stimulates the synthesis of collagen, elastin and glycoproteins, helping to diminish the depth of wrinkles and skin marks, improving its firmness and elasticity. On the other hand, it helps to lighten skin blemishes, eliminate blackheads and control sebaceous secretion. It improves skin texture, resulting in softness, luminosity and smoothness.
Lactic Acid (9%) is an alpha hydroxy acid with moisturizing properties, attracts water particles thus increasing skin hydration. It decreases the cohesion of corneocytes and the thickness of the stratum corneum, it increases the deposits of collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans in the dermis and improves the skin’s own barrier action by stimulating ceramide synthesis.
PHA (gluconolactone) (5%), exfoliates the skin surface and helps stimulate the activity of natural exfoliation enzymes.
