It is used in the treatment of acne-prone skin. Its mechanism of action is based on a controlled destruction at a specific depth of the skin that leads to exfoliation and elimination of superficial lesions.

DOSAGE OF USE: The final number of layers will depend on the patient’s skin type (phototype and thickness) and the number of sessions programmed by the specialist.
APPLICATION AREA: Exclusively external use. A preliminary test on a small area is recommended in order to rule out unwanted reactions.
INDICATION: It is used in the treatment of acne-prone skin.
Salicylic acid (20%): is fat soluble, which allows it to be miscible with epidermal lipids and with the sebaceous matrix in the follicles. This is important because the stratum corneum is composed of keratinized cells surrounded by lipids (cholesterol, fatty acids and ceramides), organized within a lamellar structure. It is able to interact in these lipid-rich environments to induce efficient exfoliation both on the surface of the skin and inside the pores, an effect of particular importance in the treatment of oily skin with acne tendency.
Mandelic Acid (10%): indicated for oily skin with acneic tendency, photo and chrono aging, flaccidity, lack of radiance, atonic skin and blemishes. Mandelic Acid is an alpha hydroxy acid known for its moisturizing and keratolytic properties. It unclogs pores and helps prevent bacterial growth, keeping the skin clean and smooth. Increases firmness and elasticity, improving the appearance of deep wrinkles and surface roughness, leaving the skin more hydrated. Helps to lighten skin blemishes and minimize imperfections.
Azelaic Acid (10%): is a natural dicarboxylic acid with depigmenting keralitic properties. It acts by inhibiting the proliferation of keratinocytes and normalizing the epidermal differentiation process, processes that are altered in people with oily skin with acne tendency. Helps to reduce the production of free fatty acids in the skin, which helps to keep it cleaner and smoother.
Phyic acid (0,25%): is an illuminating exfoliant, mild keratolytic, helps cell renewal, reduces pores and smoothes expression lines.
